Cool experience, food isn't the best though

The corned beef hash breakfast is off the chain good

Food was terrible. Not a good place for lunch

They only have one waffle on the menu and it doesn't taste good. They only take cash. The coke was warm. It's a place that the seniors who are regulars go to and everyone there knows their name, so if you are looking for that, it's your spot.

Step thru the door and step back in time. Places like this are difficult to find. The food is great. The place is clean. The help knows what they're doing. Reminds me of growing up as a kid in the 60's. This place has never disappointed.

I've been telling everyone what a wonderful experience I had here. The food was only surpassed by the absolute pleasure to receive the friendliness of the staff and especially the clientele, who seemed to be regulars who were met, as each left, with "see you tomorrow". Even to myself, although I'd never been before but hope to again. 5 thumbs up

The Waffle Stop is a cute little place. It's more like a roadside attraction that you'd visit once or twice. The reason you go: Elvis memorabilia, Fun wait staff and excellent service, neat nostalgic atmosphere. The reason you don't return: Food isn't very good. Not bad either. But typical diner food without any flair and the prices aren't quite cheap enough to want to return. It's definitely worth a visit though! Cool historic relic that's been there since 1951.

Just OK, asked for hash browns extra crispy, and they were as pale and limp as any I've had just about anywhere... Meh.

Aka Elvis Ate Here. Cute little dinner. Food is pretty average (one star off for bland taste and low quality cheese), but I think it's more about the atmosphere and company. Prices are pretty low ($5-10 for breakfast) and the service is always fast and friendly. We still go here pretty often. Fyi, it's cash only.

Waitress was very nice and the place was clean. The food was awesome. I Definitely would come back.

First time here, with friends. Small, and casual dining. Had the Western omelette with hash browns,and wheat toast. Hubs had biscuits and gravy (1/2 order). Both were served hot and delicious, by our wonderful server. Who, by the way was very informative about the restaurant, and when Elvis ate there in 1956. Our experience was very pleasant, memorable and enjoyable, by all in our group. We will definitely be back!!

First time to this place, didn't know they only took cash. Not a huge deal because they do have an ATM machine. Waitress was okay. None of our salads came before the meal, I thought that was a given but apparently we needed to specify that. Perhaps the waitress was new, I didn't know because as I said it was my first time to this place, hence it might be my last food was not exemplary nor was it really good. My daughter could have made better when she was 5.

Breakfast here is so good, we had to come back before leaving town. Elvis ate here! How cool is that! The waitress told us the story and said he signed his photo for the owner before he became famous and she threw it in the garbage. Ha ha ha, what a great story to have over some steak and eggs! We loved it!

Great burgers! Unassuming storefront but walk inside and you feel like you are in the 60s or 70s. Loved it! Friendly wait staff.

Great Home Cooking, very friendly atmosphere, best coffee shop in town.Eat where Elvis ate. It's like Cheers.The tv show neighborhood bar, but with waffles & great coffee.

You don't know what homemade cooking is till you have Dolly's homemade at the Waffle Stop.

If you are a die hard Elvis fan, you might like this place. Biscuits n Gravy bland flavor. Place was in an older building, But I did not find it filthy. The waitress was fun, very knowledgeable of the history of the restaurant and when Elvis was there. My mother-in-law loved it, who is an Elvis fan. That's why we went. They do have alot of items on the menu, and pretty inexpensive.

The spicy omelette is excellent!

First time there and let me tell you, it won't be my last. I had a great experience. Food was on point and server was awesome!

Cheap good filling breakfast food.

We go there every now and then for breakfast and its always terrific, Dolly is always there and takes great care of all of her customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a really good breakfast. Even though Elvis Presley ate there in like 1958 or so it's the the theme it dont matter. The food and the friendly service is why we keep going back. Great place !!!

Elvis ate here, and you can read all about it on the memorialized description of that meal hanging on the wall. Other Elvis paraphernalia is peppered about this time capsule of a joint... you will feel like have traveled back in time as soon as you step inside. Diner food at its diner best. No fuss, no muss, and damn good pancakes.

Slow... waited to be able to sit for a bit because all the empty tables were dirty. The ot took over 30 min to get our food after ordering. And at best it was average. Very disappointing.

The waitress, food and Elvis memorabilia was fabulous! Can't wait to go back!

Anything good enough for the King is good enough for me. The pancakes are the thing to get here. Very delicious breakfast, great people, and so much classic Elvis Memorabilia.
